Amenities offered include the marvelous experience of a heated salt water swimming pool from April through September, pool cabana, sun deck, lush tropical gardens with bamboo, palm trees,  banana trees, and five ponds.

The guest house features 11-foot ceilings, gas log fireplaces with marble surroundings, living and dining room, a full kitchen, a Florida room with separate marble or stone bathrooms.
